1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using vaansh.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are representative — actual plants may vary slightly due to natural growth patterns. We make every effort to accurately describe products but cannot guarantee exact appearance.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before dispatch for prepaid orders. For COD orders, payment is due at the time of delivery.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India to 19,000+ pincodes. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, natural events, or supply chain issues. Vaansh is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that arrive damaged or are not as described. Plants that die due to inadequate care after delivery are not eligible for return. Proof of damage (photos) must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Plant Care Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the care of plants after delivery. We provide care guides to assist you. Vaansh is not responsible for plant death due to improper care, extreme temperatures, or unsuitable growing conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on vaansh.com including text, images, and brand elements are owned by Vaansh and protected by Indian copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vaansh's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
